As the Regional Vice President overseeing all of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Chicago offices, Thomson’s transformative leadership has proven to be a magnet for emerging talent and a catalyst for developing leaders.

Thomson is responsible for 2000+ agents in 19 offices across 4 states and, over the past four years, has developed and scaled a regional leadership model now replicated throughout the Central West company. She has also spearheaded high-engagement programs regionally including the popular “View from the Top” series.

Thomson earned her MBA from Chicago Booth at the University of Chicago and has a mind for strategy. In 2022, she chaired the 3-year strategic plan for the National Association of REALTORS and she continues to lead at high-levels within the industry. Thomson served as the 2018 President of the Chicago Association of REALTORS and has served on both NAR and Women’s Council’s National executive committees. Today she serves as a director for both NAR and the Illinois REALTORS and was recently named a RIS Media 2022 Newsmaker.
